This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related matters for orders placed through our website. 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Kantha Bloom is not responsible for any custom duties, import tax, 

 or fees applied to your order.

All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Damages or Lost Packages: 

Kantha Bloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
